We just print what you send us.<\/div>\n<h2>You&rsquo;re responsible for what you upload<\/h2>\n<p>When you create or upload a design on madmats.com.au, you are confirming that you either own the copyright and trademark rights to that artwork, or you have permission from the rights holder to use it.<\/p>\n<p>This means:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Don&rsquo;t upload someone else&rsquo;s logo, brand or artwork unless you have written permission.<\/li>\n<li>Don&rsquo;t upload designs that copy famous characters, mascots, trademarks, slogans or song lyrics that aren&rsquo;t yours.<\/li>\n<li>Don&rsquo;t upload images sourced from the internet that you don&rsquo;t have a licence for.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your design contains anything that infringes someone else&rsquo;s intellectual property, <strong>you are personally responsible &mdash; not Mad Mats.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Mad Mats is an automated printer<\/h2>\n<p>Mad Mats operates as an <strong>automated print-on-demand service<\/strong>. We don&rsquo;t review, curate or artistically judge the designs that pass through our system. The customiser, our payment system and our production line are all automated processes. Designs are printed and shipped without manual artistic review.<\/p>\n<p>Because of this:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We accept <strong>no liability<\/strong> for copyright or trademark infringement that arises from designs uploaded or created by users.<\/li>\n<li>We do not warrant that user-uploaded designs are original, lawful or free of third-party rights.<\/li>\n<li>If a design infringes someone else&rsquo;s intellectual property, the responsibility lies entirely with the person who uploaded or commissioned it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Trademarks remain the property of their owners<\/h2>\n<p>Any brand name, logo, character, trademark or registered design that appears in a user-created mat <strong>remains the property of its respective rights holder.<\/strong> Their appearance on a Mad Mats product does not imply any endorsement, partnership, affiliation or licence between Mad Mats and the rights holder.<\/p>\n<p>The Mad Mats brand, logo, splatter design, &ldquo;Mats that make an entrance&rdquo; tagline, and the content on madmats.com.au are the property of the Mats R Us Group.<\/p>\n<h2>Found something infringing?
